Gabriel Mayor-Mora is a first-year Studio Art major at the University of Virginia. Last year, he was the president of the Verde Film Festival which promotes minority-led films. He joined the Virginia Student Film Festival because of his love of films and past experiences running film festivals in high school. He enjoys making experimental films that mesh his poetry and his favorite genre is horror. Fun fact: he saw Ice Cube at the airport.
